Ingredients

1 oz. Crown Royal Northern Harvest Rye

.5 oz. Crown Royal Regal Apple

.5 oz. fresh lemon juice

.5 oz. simple syrup

1 dash(es) pimento bitters

1 egg white(s)

Grated nutmeg

Instructions

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice
Shake well and strain into a chilled coupe glass
Grate nutmeg for garnish (optional)
