NY Giants Whisky Sour

Ingredients

1.25 oz Crown Royal Deluxe

0.75 oz Lemon Juice

0.5 oz Simple Syrup

0.5 oz Red Wine (Float)

Rocks Serve. No Garnish.

Instructions

Glassware: Rocks Glass

1. Add Crown Royal Deluxe, lemon juice, and simple syrup to an ice-filled shaker. Shake until chilled.
2. Strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
3. Slowly pour red wine over the back of a spoon held at the cocktail’s surface so that the wine floats on top of the glass.
